In an exclusive interview, Marvel's Head of Streaming, Brad Winterbaum, shed light on the situation. He revealed that Ali's unavailability was the primary reason for his absence from 'Marvel Zombies,' despite the creators' desire to have him on board. Winterbaum stated, 'It was really a timing issue more than anything else.'
While Ali's voice cameo as Blade in 'Eternals' provided a glimpse of his potential as the vampire hunter, the delay in the 'Blade' movie has raised concerns. Marvel boss Kevin Feige confirmed Ali's involvement in the project, but the studio's stringent criteria for quality have led to a hold-up.
