Prepare to embark on a journey like no other! Imagine a train so unique, it's the only one of its kind on the entire planet. As I stepped onto the Stourbridge Junction station platform, I felt like I had accidentally stumbled into a miniature version of Legoland. The train that pulled in was a sight to behold - a tiny shuttle carriage, capable of accommodating a maximum of four dozen passengers, with a goofy charm that made it seem straight out of a cartoon.
But here's where it gets controversial... this Parry People Mover railcar is not just a quirky mode of transport; it's a global phenomenon. David Hardwick, the train's driver, shared that enthusiasts have traveled from as far as Japan, Australia, and every continent except Antarctica, just to experience this one-of-a-kind ride.

The branch line connecting Stourbridge Junction to Stourbridge Town in the West Midlands is a mere mile long, making it the shortest rail line in Britain and one of the shortest in the world.
